His experience with Lettuce Entertain You Corporation in Chicago makes him one of the regions best chefs, successful restaurant operators, sought after caterers and consultants.
After a career founding, owning and managing successful restaurants and resorts in Atlanta, Costa Rica and Menlo Park, Allan moved to wine country to expand his wine expertise while working as the AGM at Mustards Grill in Napa. After four years he accepted an opportunity to open and manage Bottega Restaurant with Celebrity and Iron Chef, Michael Chiarello.
Chef Josh is a native of Healdsburg with roots in the local food industry. He has played pivotal roles in the success of several restaurants, such as the original Bear Republic Brewing Company and Rosso Pizzeria in Petaluma. Dedicated to cooking with local and sustainable ingredients he is excited to bring his innovative passion for farm-to-table cuisine to Rickey's.
A native of the Bay Area, George has experience in some of the best farm-fresh kitchens in the area. Most recently he served as a sous chef at FarmShop in Larkspur.
