Executive Chef & Owner
Munther is the owner of The Speakeasy sports bar, and founder/current partner of Wildfox -- both in Novato, CA. His catering company, Scrumptious Occasions, serves clients all over the Bay Area. His experience with Lettuce Entertain You Corporation in Chicago makes him one of the regions best chefs, successful restaurant operators, sought after caterers and consultants.
Allan Mochwart
General Manager
After a career founding, owning and managing successful restaurants and resorts in Atlanta, Costa Rica and Menlo Park, Allan moved to wine country to expand his wine expertise while working as the AGM at Mustards Grill in Napa. After four years he accepted an opportunity to open and manage Bottega Restaurant with Celebrity and Iron Chef, Michael Chiarello.
Susan Anderson
VIP Services Manager
Originally from Minnesota, Susan comes to us from the events department at the Sonoma Golf Club. She is excited to bring knowledge to the VIP experience as well as events at Rickey’s!
George Acosta
Sous Chef
A native of the Bay Area, George has experience in some of the best farm-fresh kitchens in the area. Most recently he served as a sous chef at FarmShop in Larkspur.
